BENTON HARBOR — Benton Harbor residents are expected to soon have a new public space to enjoy along the shipping canal south of Emma Jean Hull Flats.
Benton Harbor city commissioners on Monday approved contributing $25,000 from the ARPA fund toward the $2 million waterfront plaza project, which is being done by Harbor Shores Community Redevelopment.
